Southern Overrider Biker's ( SOB ) is an Australian Motorcycle Club based in Adelaide, South Australia.  Organised bike runs to surrounding towns as well as family freindly functions.  SOB's enjoy the open roads on bikes with good mates.

Membership will be a yearly cost of AU$15, All NEW members will receive one Lanyard and one Decal and members can purchase club items at a discounted rate.

SOB Club Charter

Date of Adoption/Revision: 28/8/08

1) Club Name: Southern Overrider Bikers.

2) Objectives: To live well and have fun without detriment to others.

3) Membership: Membership is available to all ages/gender/races.

4) Club Committee: Presidant; Matthew Willde, Vice Presidant; Ryan Macauley, Treasurer; Lisa Stratfold, Secretary; Donovan Bartlett.

5) Not-for-profit: This is a not-for-profit organization.

6) Statement of Non-discrimination: This organization shall not descriminate on the basis of age, color, ethnicity, gender, national origin, disability or handicap, race, religion, sexual orientation. This policy will include, but is not limited to recruiting, membership, organization activities or opportunities to hold office.

7) Financial Obligations: A majority of voting members of this organization may determine reasonable dues and fees assesed to each member at the begining of each members joining date.

8) Statement of Non-Hazing: This organization will not conspire to engage in hazing, participate in hazing, or commit any act that causes or is likely to cause bodily danger, physical harm, or personal degradation or disgrace resulting in pysical or mental harm to any fellow member or non-member.

9) Statement of Compliance of Road Laws: This organization shall comply to all local, state and federal laws.

10) By-Laws: a) Presidant; 1) Coordinates all activities of the orginization. 2) Liaison to club members/community. 3) Official representative of the organization. 4) Calls regular and special meetings. 5) Presides at meetings. 6) Prepares agenda for meetings.  b) Vice Presidant; 1) Assumes duties of presidant when necessary. 2) Assists presidant in coordinating activities.  c) Secretary; 1) Maintains accurate and current information of the orginization and membership. 2) Assists presidant and vice-presidant to coordinate orginization activities. 3) Keep accurate minutes of each meeting and forwards copies to other committee members. 4) Keeps attendance records for meetings.  d) Treasurer; 1) Maintains accurate and current account of all organizational funds. 2) Responsible for dispensing of funds in accordance with goals and programs established by the organization.  e) Meetings; Meetings will be open to all organization members a notice of at least 2 weeks will be given prior to all meetings.
